My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Mami & B is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during international transit. However, If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email immediately. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we will return the item(s) to our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and a 20% restocking fee.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If by any chance you want to cancel an order with us, you can request a cancellation of your order within 1 hour from the time of purchase.
To request a cancellation of your purchase, email us at sales@mamiandb.com.
Your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving your request and the total of the refund will be paid back to the original payment method/bank account within 3-5 business days.
I haven't received my confirmation order?
In the rare event that you do not receive confirmation of your order, please email us at sales@mamiandb.com with proof of purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order doesn't have free shipping?
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
