Shipping Charge
We have a free standard shipping policy for all orders above $100 in Australia and $150 worldwide. If you checkout from the shopping cart with the Products whose total value is less than $100 in Australia and $150 worldwide, you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to successfully place an order with us.

Our Website is secure. We will never share your information with a third party.
If you receive a payment error during checkout, 9.9 times out of 10 this is a credit/debit card billing address or security code issue. Please verify the address of the card with your issuing bank and try again. If you are still having trouble, let us know via sales@mamiandb.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

International Orders
Note: All prices shown are Australian dollars.
We ship just about everywhere! We use Australian Post. International customers, please allow us 2-3 business days to process, plus transit time. You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order.
In the unlikely event there are any issues dispatching your order outside of these times, we will be sure to contact and notify you as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Mami & B as deliveries are made by third parties (independent courier service companies). Damage or loss in transit is rare however it happens and we can help. Please contact our customer service team via email at sales@mamiandb.com if you require assistance with a delivery.
Important to note, international shipping can often be unreliable, and most delays happen at customs offices. Delivery times may also be affected by public holidays and may experience delays during the Christmas period.
All international customers are subject to the laws, duties, and taxes of their destination country. If your package is held by customs for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to resolve any pending actions needed by your country to complete the shipment. Depending on where you live and the total value of your order, it is highly likely your government will charge additional import fees, on top of the shipping fees paid to Mami & B. These added fees are completely out of our control and cannot be determined in advance. We are unable to provide any support to international customs offices.

However, If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email immediately. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and a 20% restocking fee.

Domestic Orders
Domestic orders take 2-3 business days to process, plus transit time. Order shipment sometimes takes a long time if there is an issue or a high volume of sales. Feel free to contact us at sales@mamiandb.com to check on the status of your order.
We ship all orders in the same order they get entered into our system. You will get an email from us with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Please Note: Fridays, weekends, National / State/ Region Public Holidays, and peak periods may affect dispatch and shipping times.
Due to recent Covid-19 circumstances, you may be experiencing delays due to overwhelming volumes. We apologise for any inconvenience these delays may cause and thank you for your continued patience.
Unless selected otherwise at the billing/ shipping page of the checkout, our parcels ship authority to leave, so if it is safe to do so, the courier will leave the package in a safe place at your premises. If you do not feel that your package will be safe or know you will not be home at the time of delivery, please do not nominate the authority to leave as our parcels do not ship with transit cover.
If it has been more than the specified days since you placed your order and you have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Service so we can assist you.

Address Corrections
If you need to make changes to your address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it. In the event your order has already gone out, you will be notified when/if Australian Post returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 business days, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Sizing
Many clothing products will contain a sizing chart for reference. Please note, neither the factory nor Mami & B, will measure each Product for 100% accuracy. Sizing may vary.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order confusion is common, you are not alone! To be clear, pre-ordering a Product does not necessarily mean you will receive it before the rest of the world. In fact, depending on where you live and the ship date, you may not even get the Product until after its official release. Pre-ordering is simply an opportunity to purchase Products in advance, which are often bundled with limited items. All pre-order Products will display an expected "SHIPS ON OR AROUND" date in the Product description. Take note of this! It is generally pretty accurate, but will occasionally shift, due to unexpected delays, beyond our control.
Disclaimer: Additional items purchased on the same ticket as a pre-order will not ship until the time specified in the description of the pre-ordered item.
Back-Orders
Every effort is made to ship customer orders completely. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that we can ship all items at one time. You will be notified immediately if we anticipate the item(s) to be on backorder for an extended period of time, at which point, you can decide to cancel the out-of-stock item, swap it out for something else, or wait.
Promotions
Promotional items and giveaways are NOT guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are specific to certain Products at any particular time. All codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied to previously shipped, or existing orders.
Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are available for sale and can be used for all the Products. Any unused balance will expire after 12 months.
