Refund policy
This cancellation, return and exchange policy applies to products purchased from Mami & B.
The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will only be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.
Cancellation
If by any chance you want to cancel an order with us, you can request a cancellation of your order within 1 hour from the time of purchase.
To request a cancellation of your purchase, refer to our resolutions centre and follow the instructions given.
Your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving your request and the total of the refund will be paid back to the original payment method/bank account within 3-5 business days.
Note: Any cancellation request made after the 1-hour time frame will not be entertained.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If, after the 14 days you wish to return, or exchange your purchase with us, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same/ original condition that you received them.
- Items should be in the original packaging.
- Items are unworn.
- Items are unwashed and in re-sellable condition.
- All tags are attached.
- Items are not damaged in any way.
- The parcel is packed and sealed correctly for transit.
Non-returnable items:
The refunds, exchanges, or change of mind policy does not apply to:
- Sale items, this includes any items that are on sale or have been marked down from their original price.
- Discontinued items
- Worn, Damaged, or marked items.
- Products not in their original condition and original packaging; and
- Products do not have their original labels or tags attached.
Please make sure that the item you are returning is packed and sealed correctly so that the item/s does not get damaged during transit. A return will not be accepted if the packaging is not sealed correctly.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is faulty, please refer to our resolutions centre and follow the instructions given.
Please be sure to include all the above information in the section provided in the resolution centre. If your claim is valid, you will be offered a refund or exchange (depending on the product and its availability) providing that the item is returned to the warehouse as per the returns policy.
Mami & B has the right to decline faulty items if the fault is not genuine.
Please Note:
- Any returns, exchanges, or changes of mind will not be accepted outside the 14 days.
How to return the product to us:
In the case of a return, please refer to our resolutions centre and follow all instructions carefully. All returns are FREE and can be shipped with any courier company. However, if the return does not pass the quality check, we will ship the return back to you. If you are exchanging your item for a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take anywhere between 3 to 5 business days before the refund is posted. In the rare event where you have not received your refund, we encourage you to check your bank account again. Then, we ask you to contact your bank to see whether or not the payment has been processed.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, you need to make an exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order. Products can also be exchanged for a new item which should be of the same value or higher. Your replacement item will be sent as a new order, and you will receive order and shipping confirmations via email.
Your exchange can only be processed when we receive the returned item and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on Mami & B for the same or different sizes of the same style or for any other item of the same or different value from Mami & B within the specified exchange period subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
Note: For exchange policy:
- If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on Mami & B within the specified exchange period for the same size or a different size of the same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. We do not cover the costs of shipping if you wish to exchange your purchase for a different colour, or if it is a different product.
- If the exchanged item is of a higher value, the differences in amount will be charged to you. If the exchanged item is of a lower value, the differences in amount will be refunded to you when we receive the item at the warehouse, providing the condition upon delivery is in line with our returns policy.
- The net amount paid by you (excluding instant cash back/discount) to purchase the original item will be considered to calculate the difference in the amount of the original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by Mami & B as the case may be, for an exchange.
- Applicable refund for exchange will be processed once we have received your return, providing the returns policy has been met. If not, the return/ exchange will be sent back to you.
- Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes that are serviceable for an exchange.
- Items purchased cannot be exchanged for multiple products. You are only allowed to select a single item for an exchange. While a customer can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange requests for each item.
- Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
- Mami & B shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items purchased on Mami & B if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Mami & B’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- Mami & B will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Mami & B would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
- If you are sending a return back to Mami & B, we kindly ask you to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- The refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped back to you.
Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift, it is to be exchanged for the same value or higher, alternatively, you can request a store credit.
Store Credits
If you are to receive online store credit, the credits are applied to your Mami & B Account.
Please allow up to 48 hours for store credit to be applied from the date on which we receive your items.
Store credits are valid for 12 months before expiry.
Store credits are non-refundable once applied to the account.
You can check your store credit balance by logging on to your account. To use your store credits, you will have the option in the checkout on the payment step.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be returned in the same manner as the original payment method. For purchases made by credit or debit card, the cardholder and the same credit or debit card are required to process the refund as was originally used for the purchase.
Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Consumer Guarantees
This Policy is not intended to replace or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Certain legislation including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth), and similar consumer protection laws and regulations may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees, and remedies relating to the provision of goods or services to you by us which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Our liability is governed solely by the ACL, this policy, and any terms and conditions specified on our Website.
Amendment
This Policy may be amended from time to time by us, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check our current Terms and Conditions, before making any purchase. Our agents, employees, and third parties do not have authority to amend this Policy or our Terms and Conditions.
